After Jamala’s victory at Eurovision in Stockholm, the Eurovision Song Contest was hosted in Kyiv, Ukraine. The contest’s team invited Front Pictures to produce stage graphics for all interval and opening acts for the 2017 holding of the world’s largest live music event.
We crafted stage graphics in close collaboration with Eurovision’s creative team. The challenge was to produce visuals that complemented each songs’ storyline, resonated with the artists’ voice and style, and appealed to the vast Eurovision TV audience.
All eight performances with stage graphics by Front Pictures were aired at three live shows of the Eurovision Song Contest attended by over 70,000 Eurovision fans from across the world. Overall, the contest broadcast reached over 182 million viewers worldwide. The opening and interval acts were covered extensively by Ukrainian and international media.
